QTU is the first shopping center in the history of Albania and its opening set on a major turning point in the retail system of the country, by revolutionizing the way Albanians used to shop. BALFIN Group completed the construction of Universe Shopping Centre in 2005.
During 2018, the shopping center was renovated and expanded into a new concept, with modern interior design, new brands and new services, including Cineplex cinema and the children’s playground area. Additionally, QTU provides new gastronomy concepts indoors and outdoors with a spectacular terrace view. QTU is a popular and lovable destination. Whether for the shopping options under the same roof, for a great meal, or a fun day out with the family, QTU offers something for everyone. The total Gross Leasable Area is 29,000 m2 and it is visited by 7.1 million visitors annually.
