Qendra Tregtare Univers (QTU), reinforces its leading position in the country’s retail market following the successful performance of its Shopping Fest 2026 campaign. Results show significant year-on-year growth compared to 2025, underlining the center’s continued relevance and appeal.
During the campaign period, QTU recorded a 33.79% increase in footfall, while tenants reported an average turnover growth of around 40%, highlighting strong commercial impact. On the digital side, the campaign generated over 14 million views, marking a 53% increase compared to the previous year.
A key driver behind this performance was a shift in communication strategy. Moving beyond traditional formats, QTU adopted a more trend-driven and audience-focused approach, resulting in more engaging, organic, and widely shared content. The campaign evolved into a widely recognized phenomenon, amplified by popular entertainment figures and resonating strongly with contemporary audiences.
Developed by BALFIN Group and opened in 2005, QTU marked a turning point in Albania’s retail landscape. Today, with a gross leasable area of 29,000 sqm and approximately 8.2 million annual visitors, the center continues to serve as a key destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment in Albania.
